Herbert George Wells (21 September 1866 – 13 August 1946) was an English writer. Wells is best know for his fiction works like The Time Machine, War of the Worlds, but he also wrote non-fiction. The New World Order was written in 1940 and based on the Luciferian Doctrine. It is a plan for peace and harmony by having a one world government, because there would be no one to fight. This book inspired George Orwell to write 1984. Orwell recognized the consolidation of power over the world would lead to the enslavement of mankind.
The Hunger Games is based on a dystopian one world government as well.
The forward is an excerpt from former president George Herbert Walker Bush Sr.'s State of the Union address he delivered to congress calling for a New World Order on 9/11/1990. 12 years later, George's son, George W. Bush would be elected president during the terror attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001. This event was used to pass the Patriot Act and the NDAA which made it legal for the US intelligence agencies to collect all data your create.
